5YO - Paul d’Ecaussinnes is a stallion by Zirocco Blue VDL, ranked 12th in the WBFSH 2025 standings, with both an outstanding sport record and exceptional breeding results. Ridden by Jur Vrieling, Zirocco Blue VDL won the Oslo World Cup, contributed to the Dutch team gold medal at the 2015 European Championships in Aachen, and secured multiple 5* Grand Prix victories (Mechelen, Copenhagen, Melsomvik). As a sire, he has produced numerous top performers, including Eddie Blue (team gold medallist at the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon with Devin Ryan) and Elysium, a Nations Cup winner and World Cup-placed horse. He counts over 100 offspring competing at 1.55–1.60m level.

On the dam side, Kannan (Voltaire × Nimmerdor), ranked 2nd WBFSH in 2025, is one of the most influential sires in modern show jumping, further strengthening this elite pedigree.
